Youth Development Teacher
Works directly with youth in a Licensed before and after-school setting at local elementary school site. As part of a team, they impact youth’s lives by helping youth learn, grow, and develop. By exemplifying and teaching skills through both formal and informal lessons, in a safe and supportive environment, the Youth Development Teacher leads youth in becoming great citizens. Under the supervision of the Site Supervisor, the Youth Development Teacher leads the program management and supervision of a group of children 5-12 years of age, along with the planning, implementation, and facilitation of activities and events for participants.
