The Mental Health Therapist provides direct therapeutic services including assessments, individual, group and crisis counseling to current and past participants. This position assists in program development and operation while ensuring eligibility and program outcomes. The Mental Health Therapist is responsible for applying an intersectional, anti-racist, and equity lens to our work that lifts up and centers Black, Indigenous, People of Color, non-binary, and trans, and LGBTQ+ communities and youth.

PROGRAM SUMMARY:
Family Resiliency Center (FRC) is a mental health support program for youth ages 7-18. FRC supports youth and families who have had CWS involvement or at risk of involvement who would like to improve their parent/child relationship. FRC offers individual and family therapy and offer youth and caregivers an opportunity to talk about internal family systems, while also strengthening youth and caregivers' resiliency.
