Overnight Camp Program Coordinator
The Aquatic Sports & Mission Bay Program Coordinator leads and oversees Paddle Sports Day Camp and the Mission Bay Boat & Ski Club, ensuring a safe, engaging, and high-quality experience for campers. This role is responsible for supporting staff training, program development, and daily operations of waterfront activities, including paddle sports, boating, and water safety. They will maintain safety protocols, supervise staff, manage equipment, and create a fun, skill-building environment while upholding YMCA values. Strong leadership, risk management, and aquatic instruction skills are essential, and Lifeguard certification (or willingness to obtain).

Schedule: Sunday - Friday
