The Program Coordinator provides outstanding customer service, guidance, and leadership to all members and participants within the scope of the program of oversight. The Coordinator is reserved for a small branch or single program/department with oversight to multiple programs/departments simultaneously. The Coordinator will assist Adventures Club leadership and 12 clubs in administrative duties to ensure smooth operation of the department.
The Coordinator I plays a key support role within the Adventure Clubs team. This position provides vital administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including organizing documents, managing communications, and maintaining program records. In addition to supporting the overall administrative needs of the team, the role includes helping other Coordinators with club logistics, event planning, and on-the-ground event support as needed. The Coordinator also works closely with the Program Director on special projects and time-sensitive priorities. Sweetheart Ball and Opening Day events are a priority of the Coordinator I responsibilities.
This is a highly collaborative role that requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a readiness to jump in wherever needed. "Other duties as assigned" isn’t just a line in the job description—it’s part of the adventure!
