The Adventure Clubs Camping Facilitator is responsible for attending and supervising Adventure Clubs weekend campouts, ensuring safety and upholding YMCA policies, procedures, and values.
The Facilitators will be the Y representative supporting the parents and children while on their Adventure Clubs campouts. They will drive to different campgrounds all across Southern California and will be camping in a tent for the weekend. The Facilitator is responsible for first aid/CPR, communicating with the Program Director, ensuring families are following Adventure Clubs Code of Conduct and working with the campground venue staff.
