WORK DESIGNATION:
PROGRAM SUMMARY:
Community Support Services (CSS) operates multiple facilities that provide critical support services to diverse communities across San Diego County. These locations include a mix of residential apartment complexes, short-term residential houses, and administrative offices that support both internal operations and direct community-facing programming.
Our residential and program sites are central to the delivery of trauma-informed, participant-centered services, supporting individuals and families experiencing housing instability, mental health challenges, and other complex needs. The administrative offices not only house essential organizational functions but also serve as hubs for program delivery, staff collaboration, and direct engagement with the communities we serve.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring all facilities are safe, well-maintained, compliant, and welcoming, supporting both the Mission of the Y and the well-being of the people we serve. It involves an understanding of residential property operations, program space functionality, and the ability to effectively manage facilities across multiple locations and service types.
