The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides direct therapeutic services including assessments, individual, family, group and crisis counseling to current and past participants. This position assists in program development and operations while ensuring client eligibility and program outcomes. The Licensed Mental Health Therapist is responsible for program documentation, paperwork and maintenance of clinical charts.

PROGRAM SUMMARY:
This position will work with two of our Mental and Behavioral Health programs. Grounded in Nature is our innovative Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Program designed for young adults. Rooted in nature, community, and holistic, compassionate care, this program integrates Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), Polyvagal Theory, and nature-based group experiences. Participants engage in group therapy sessions along with individual therapy opportunities, fostering emotional healing and resilience. In addition to our IOP/PHP, this position also supports our Counseling Services Program which offers individual, couples, and family therapy to children, teens and adults.
