The YMCA of San Diego County is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to lead advanced analysis, reporting, and business intelligence efforts that strengthen programs, membership, and organizational outcomes. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining data models, dashboards, and reports, applying predictive analytics, and promoting data governance and quality standards. Working closely with Member Experience, IT, and analytics teams, the Senior Data Analyst provides actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the Association.

Schedule
Strong technical skills in Salesforce data analysis and reporting
Demonstrated ability to design and maintain data models
Proficiency with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL, and advanced Excel
Knowledge of data governance practices, data quality management, and KPI development
Basic understanding of relational databases
Competent at learning new technologies and systems, self-starter, and able to work independently
Possess a high degree of integrity, flexibility, and initiative
Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Ability to successfully work with various levels of team members
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate complex system/data issues using non-technical terms
