The Program Director - Expanded Learning Programs is responsible for the overall operational management of an assigned regional area of San Diego County within the expanded learning programs (ELP). This position ensures program contracts and all site locations meet grant requirements and offer high quality programs and services to multiple school districts and charter organization partners. This position is responsible for staff supervision, fiscal management, program planning, quality improvement, and providing staff with the tools and resources to improve student, family, and school well-being. The Program Director - Expanded Learning Programs will provide oversight and management of district contracts with more than $3 million in annual revenue and expenses.
