The Sports Instructor Lead is responsible for monitoring and supervising staff of youth sports including practices, clinics, and games. This position focuses on improving program quality and consistency across designated youth sports through strong leadership, active mentorship, and ongoing curriculum development. The Lead Instructor builds positive relationships with players and families, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment that promotes learning and growth. Using Positive Youth Development techniques, the Lead Instructor ensures every participant experiences confidence, competence, connection, character, and caring.
