By interpreting various regulatory documents including Funding Terms and Conditions, Educational Code, WIC Code, CDSS Childcare Bulletins, County of San Diego Memorandums, and Childcare Program Guides, the specialist creates standard operating procedures to guide program implementation and compliance efforts.
