The HR Manager – CSS provides leadership and oversight for the Human Resources (HR) team supporting Community Support Services (CSS), including Expanded Learning Programs (ELP), Childcare Resource Services (CRS), and Youth & Family Services (YFS). This role manages day-to-day HR operations, supports the implementation of HR initiatives, and partners with CSS and HR leadership to provide guidance on employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. The Human Resource Manager helps align workforce strategies with operational goals while ensuring adherence to employment laws and funding source requirements. This role supports a positive workplace culture through effective HR practices and collaboration with internal partners to meet organizational needs.
