The Clinical Program Operations Manager supports the daily operations of our Outpatient Counseling Services program, ensuring high‑quality, client‑centered, and compliant service delivery. This role oversees program operations, assists in clinical operations, workflow management, KIPU/health information management, training coordination, and facilities management to maintain an efficient and supportive environment for staff and clients. The Clinical Program Operations Manager partners closely with leadership to drive program effectiveness, support staff development, ensure documentation and regulatory compliance, and advance innovative strategies that enhance client engagement and outcomes. Responsibilities include clinical chart oversight, case consultation, maintaining a small clinical caseload, supporting quality improvement efforts, coordinating outreach, and contributing to program planning and decision‑making. This position plays a key role in operational excellence, staff training, and continuous improvement across the program.
