The Active Adult Coordinator is an energetic and compassionate relationship-builder dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our 55+ community through the development of a holistic program focused on spirit, mind, and body. This role requires an organized professional who can seamlessly design and execute a
diverse monthly calendar of social gatherings, educational seminars, and wellness initiatives that foster connection and combat senior isolation. Acting as the "heart" of the Active Older Adults (AOA) program, the Coordinator utilizes strong communication and interpersonal skills to recruit and retain members,
manage program logistics and budgets, and champion a welcoming, safe environment that aligns with the YMCA’s core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
