The Retreat Facilitator Weekend is responsible for the constant supervision, safety, and positive development of both adolescent (ages 5–17) and adult campers enrolled in high-adventure programming. The Retreat Facilitator Weekend leads engaging activities and discussions, strictly enforcing all safety protocols and camp policies, and serving as a positive, approachable role model. This includes planning and leading diverse activities such as archery, climbing wall sessions, nature hikes, crafts, marksmanship, and canoeing, while maintaining a strong focus on excellent customer service to ensure a positive and memorable experience for all campers. The Retreat Facilitator Weekend must be available and responsive at all times to address immediate camper needs, emergencies, or unforeseen situations. The Retreat Facilitator Weekend ensures the camp environment remains welcoming, genuine, and nurturing for all campers and guests while actively contributing to a strong, supportive staff team.

Must be available 2-3 weekends per month
