The Retreat Facilitator Weekend is responsible for the constant supervision, safety, and positive development of both adolescent (ages 5–17) and adult campers enrolled in high-adventure programming. The Retreat Facilitator Weekend leads engaging activities and discussions, strictly enforcing all safety protocols and camp policies, and serving as a positive, approachable role model.
