The Residential Supervisor demands vigilance while handling diverse tasks. In addition to conducting client screenings, this role involves overseeing case planning, supervision, and coordinating activities for residents and visitors, ensuring the maintenance of a safe, clean, and nurturing living environment. The Residential Supervisor supports participants through a human centered and trauma informed approach, in addition they are engaging, culturally responsive and aware of the diverse needs of various cultures, races, ethnicities and populations.
